NB, Sorc, and Necro are all pretty good in both PvE and PvP so every option is very viable! I think best is nightblade bec its cool to switch bec stam and mag but orc is better for stamina and high elf is better for magicka. Racial skills can be very benefitical to specific classes within the game. The increase to stam and mag as well as spell and wpn dmg works well with all types of damage builds.
